At Z Furniture, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 20-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 20 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition — unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been assembled or used.
  • Custom or made-to-order furniture.
  • Items marked as final sale.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@zfurnitureusa.com within 20 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will provide return instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.
